Happy new year!!!!

I’d just like to reflect on the past year. It has been a pretty eventful year. Another year working at UCLA. It is a wonderful job. The people are nice and my boss is awesome. He has a mindset of a tech person and not a manager. He understands adopting new technologies and doesn’t like holding onto things just because they work. That is what I love about my line of work, learning new things.

I lost about 20 lbs which is excellent ^_^. I got about 40 to go until I feel happy with where I am. I know all that seems like a lot but damn did I balloon when I became a nerd =). After I quit the bball team in HS, I gained a shit ton of weight. Thats when i grew into a giant nerd hahaha. I picked up some MMA gloves and I am going to buy a standing punching bag. I’ll just pound the bag for a work out and run once in a while. I am feeling good about this.

In my personal life, I am pretty happy with it. I’m single and not tied down =) How much better can that be ahaha. If you’ve talked to me recently I have told myself that I am not going to be tied down until I am 25+ or maybe not even get married. I am focused on making a living and improving myself first =)

So my year hasn’t really been eventful and thats how i like it. My only new years rez is to continue my weight loss =)

On a side note I was playing dota the other day and I recieved a text msg. I look at it and its fucking chain text msg, where it says if u don’t forward to # ppl,blah blha will happen. That shit is retarded and to make it worse its from someone I rarely talk to and someone who never calls me and vice verse. WTF kind of shit is that.
